Top 40 Averages (Boys & Girls) Final Regular Season List

For a number of reasons, this is the last average list I'll do for the season.  I appreciate that they're very popular, but it's messy.  I wanted to go to top 50, but I just don't have the necessary confidence that I've got everybody.  I have reasonable confidence in 40, so here you go.  Regular season only, results through Saturday, yadda yadda.  I'll update if I get information that I've got something wrong.
